On April 13, 2025, Shandong CC&TSPM held an ordination ceremony at Jingsi Road Church, in Jinan City. Nine fellow workers from the churches in Jinan, Tai’an, and Zaozhuang were ordained as pastors and elders.

Tang Quan, Shi Yanping (female), Yan Haiyan (female), and Zhao Mengmeng (female) were ordained as pastors; Gao Weijun, Yu Hongwen (female), Yu Chunyou, Zhang Hanfang (female), and He Daogang were ordained as elders.

Rev. Wu Jianyin, advisor to Shandong CC&TSPM, gave a sermon titled “Be Used by the Lord” to exhort the newly ordained and the congregation.

Rev. Dong Meiqin, director of Shandong TSPM, offered encouragement and congratulations to the new pastors and elders.

The choir of Jingsi Road Church and third-year undergraduate students from Shandong Theological Seminary performed hymns respectively. The event was attended by over 500 people, including ministers and fellow workers from the churches in the counties and districts of Jinan, Tai’an, and Zaozhuang, as well as members of Jingsi Road Church. The ceremony concluded with a benediction by the new pastor Rev. Tang Quan.
