On August 20, 2026, Inner Mongolia CC&TSPM held an ordination ceremony at Urad Front Banner Church, Bayannur, ordaining Zhang Fengxiong as an elder.

He Mansheng, Vice President of Inner Mongolia CC, presided over the ceremony. Rev. Meng Ling’en, Vice Chairperson of Inner Mongolia TSPM, officiated at the ordination, assisted by Rev. Song Limin, Chairperson of Bayannur TSPM, and Elder Zheng Xinyi, leader of Urad Front Banner Church.

The ceremony opened with a solemn prayer. Rev. Song Limin offered an intercessory prayer. He Mansheng delivered a sermon titled “Becoming an Unashamed Worker”, encouraging all to take root in biblical truth, fulfill their duties in ministry, and lead by example in daily life.

Elder Zheng Xinyi presented the ordinand, while Rev. Meng Ling’en administered the ordination vows. Afterward, Rev. Meng Ling’en performed the laying on of hands and presented a stole to the ordinand. On behalf of the church, Elder Zheng presented the ordinand with a Bible, encouraging him to be nourished by God’s word and become an example to the flock.

Finally, the ceremony concluded with a benediction pronounced by the newly ordained Elder Zhang Fengxiong.
