On June 29, 2019, Rev. Kan Baoping, vice chairman of National TSPM together with Rev. Chen Xun, dean of Yanjing Theological Seminary was invited to attend the 2019 Methodist Conference hosted by the Methodist Church in Britain.

On behalf of the fellowship churches in 30 countries, Rev. Kan Baoping delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.
