On June 28, 2026, Jiangsu CC held an ordination ceremony in Nanjing, aiming to strengthen the local pastoral team.

Prior to the ceremony, the ordination application submitted by Nanjing CC&TSPM were approved, after following a rigorous review of application materials, on-site assessment, and filing procedures.

The ordination ceremony took place at the Shengxun Church. It was officiated by Rev. Kan Renping, Chairperson of Jiangsu TSPM, and co-officiated by Rev. Shi Li, Rev. Li Lancheng, Rev. Liu Xiaoli, and Rev. Liu Xin. They performed the laying on of hands for six candidates.

Fang Yuan, Zhang Lingjian, Cao Xue, and Zhang Deshan were ordained as pastors. Li Xiangxiang and Wei Guoqing were ordained as elders.
