From February 25 to 27, 2019, Zhongnan Theological Seminary conducted a three-day revival meeting in the beginning of its 2019 spring semester.

The revival meeting kicked off with the prayer of Seminary Vice President Rev. Xiao Ping’an, who underlined the significance and role of the revival meeting. 

Rev. Ren cited verses from 1 Kings 17:1-7 and shared the message of “The necessity of being used by God”. He stressed the importance of changes in life, and exhorted all to be in the life of Christ, lean on God’s mercy, follow the lead by pillars of cloud and pillars of fire, be equipped with practical laws, obey the truth and learn from sufferings.

By holding the revival meeting, Zhongnan Theological Seminary has expectations on theological students to cultivate their spiritual lives, enhance their knowledge and capabilities so as to meet the demands of church development in the new era.
