On April 2, 2023, Shanxi CC&TSPM conducted an ordination ceremony at the church in the urban area of Jincheng City, ordaining Guo Jia and Hou Jiangfeng as elders.

On April 9, Gansu CC&TSPM held an ordination ceremony at the Shanzishi Church of Lanzhou City. Rev. Kou Jianguo, Vice President and General Secretary of Gansu CC, presided over the ceremony. Four fellow workers were ordained as elders, including Gao Bingtai, Gao Baojian, Zhang Shulan (female), and Liang Fang (female).
