Rev. Shen Xuebin addressed the welcome speech. On behalf of CCC&TSPM, he welcomed the visit of both old and new friends and reminisced about the friendly interactions and exchanges over the pastyears. He expected to continue reciprocal visits and enhance cooperation. During the meeting, Rev. Shen introduced the main ministries carried out by the departments of CCC&TSPM, current challenges facing the Church in China and the connotation of the Chinanization of Christianity.

Dr. TimothyChiu,Prisidentof NYTEC andChinese Online School of Theology, briefly presented their work and stressed that the visit was to make up for the postponed visit to China due to the Covid-19. It is a chance to allow more leaders and fellow workers from overseas Chinese churches to better understand China and the Church in China. With deepened friendship, they would like to seek friendly communication and cooperation between each other.
