On November 26, 2024, the groundbreaking and cornerstone laying ceremony for the reconstruction of the church property on the Changxindian Avenue, Beijing, was successfully held.

During the ceremony, Rev. Wu Weiqing, Chairperson of Beijing TSPM, introduced the details of the Changxindian church reconstruction project. Rev. Wu gave thanks to the great support from the municipal and district governments, the United Front Work Department and the Bureau of Religious Affairs. It was hoped that a new church would better serve the needs of believers and enrich their spiritual lives.

An assembly of more than a hundred people attended the ceremony, including Rev. Liu Cuimin, President of Beijing CC, as well as the representatives of religious leaders of the municipal and district CC&TSPMs and believers.
