On December 16, 2025, Fujian CC&TSPM and Fujian Theological Seminary jointly held the “Guided by the Morning Star, Upholding Faith and Hope Together” Christmas Thanksgiving Praise Meeting at the seminary’s side chapel. The event brought together the staff of Fujian CC&TSPM and all students and faculty members of the seminary to celebrate Christmas and witness the abundant grace of the Lord.

The praise meeting began in a solemn yet joyful atmosphere. Rev. Yue Qinghua, Chairperson of Fujian TSPM and President of Fujian Theological Seminary, extended festive greetings. Rev. Yue emphasized that Christmas, being a holy day commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ, is an important occasion for believers to express love and share joy. We should not only make Jesus the focus of this festive day, but also the center of our worship and the guide of our daily lives. With grateful hearts, believers shall uphold faith, hope, and love, putting the truth into practice in everyday life and bringing warmth to others through the light of the Gospel.

The praise meeting featured a variety of programs and performances. It included the majestic chorus called “The Song of the Newborn King”, the moving sacred drama called “Starry Night Homeward: The Book of Ruth”, the flowing and expressive dance “Guarding by Light”, the heartfelt poetry recital “Guided by the Stars, Paying Homage at the Manager”, etc. The performances vividly showcased a vibrant campus life and conveyed the joy and hope brought by the birth of Jesus Christ.
