On the morning of March 27, 2026, Zhejiang CC&TSPM held an ordination ceremony at Shamen Church in Ouhai District, Wenzhou. More than 300 ministers and believers from northern Wenzhou attended the ceremoy, witnessing this solemn and significant occasion.
Thirteen were ordained as pastors: Peng Rubing, Teng En, Hu Zhongwu, Hu Huanda, Chen Liyi, Wang Enyi, Hu Jianwu, Liu Jianfeng, Zhou Haibo, Sun Aidao, Yang Desheng, Lin Lajie, and Teng Lingjian. Zhang Linlin, Hou Sanping, Liu Shengrong, Feng Jiangu, and Xia Xianzhong were ordained as elders.
During the ceremony, Rev. Pan Xingwang, Chairperson of Zhejiang TSPM, led the opening prayer. The joint choir of Shamen Church presented hymns. Rev. Xia Chenyao, Chairperson of Ouhai TSPM, read from Ephesians 4:11-16, and Rev. Chen Zhihua delivered a sermon titled “Press On Toward the Goal”.
Rev. Zhang Yaofa encouraged the new pastors and elders to see their ordination as a new starting point for ministry and diligently to their work. The congregation sang the hymn “Work, for the Night is Coming”.
The ordination ceremony concluded with the benediction by the newly ordained pastor Rev. Liu Jianfeng.
