With spring coming and all things awakening, Tianjin CC&TSPM held 2019 Spring Plough Service themed “The seed is the word of God” in North Zhaoge Village Church, Jizhou, March 16, 2019. 

In the service, Rev. Mao Yajun, chairperson of Tianjin TSPM and president of Tianjin Christian Council, shared verses from the Gospel of Luke where the Lord Jesus gave the Parable of the Sower. He encouraged the congregation to proclaim the gospel that adapts to the new era, sow the seed in good ground, value spiritual growth, fulfill personal duties, serve the society and benefit the people.

After the service, Rev. Mao sowed seeds together with church members, and gave benediction to the spring plough, praying for God’s blessing on the ground with a good harvest this year.
