On April 20, 2025, Jiangxi CC&TSPM held an ordination ceremony at Yong’en Church in Linchuan District, Fuzhou City.

Rev. Yao Baoshan, president of Jiangxi CC, officiated the ordination service. Scripture readings were offered by Rev. Jin Changjian, chairperson of Fuzhou CC&TSPM, along with Rev. Long Zhenquan, and Rev. Chen Yuru. Rev. Li Yungen, chairperson of Jiangxi TSPM, referenced John 10:7-18 to preach a sermon titled “Learn to become a Good Shepherd”. Rev. Li encouraged the newly ordained to follow the example of Jesus and become good shepherds.

Xie Bin was ordained as a pastor; nineteen fellow workers were ordained as elders, who were Su Qun, Hu Qiqiu, Duan Xiangqin, Feng Lianhua, Zhou Guangyuan, Xu Ligen, Xu Wenfeng, Yang Liyong, Zhang Qingshan, Hu Dinglan, Tang Jiwen, Huang Degao, Zhang Jinfeng, Li Cong, Xie Taoying, Xia Weijian, Yuan Hongyun, Li Yuping, and Lu Zuowen.

Finally, the congregation sang “I Surrender All”, and the new pastor Rev. Xie Bin gave a benediction to conclude the ceremony. The sacred event was witnessed by over 300 people, including representatives of the pastoral staff and believers from various places of Jiangxi as well as counties and districts of Fuzhou City, along with members of Yong’en Church.
