On the morning of February 8, 2023, Jiangxi Bible School conducted a thanksgiving worship service and an opening ceremony for the 2023 spring school semester. Over 80 faculty members and students of the school attended.

Rev. Li Yungen, the chairperson of Jiangxi TSPM and the president of Jiangxi Bible School, gave a sermon on “Seeing the Light in the Light” and exhorted the students to remember the school motto “Ascend to the Heights, Empty Oneself, Seek Truth and Practice Earnestly” in the new semester, from studying the Bible to imitating Christ and finally following Jesus to complete the journey of life. In the new semester, we should not only study hard and obey the Word of God, but also study and serve in the true way of God.

On the morning of February 9, all faculty members and students of Zhejiang Theological Seminary attended the worship service and opening ceremony for the 2023 spring semester. Rev. Zheng Rongda, assistant president of the seminary, was the moderator, and Vice President Rev. Lou Shibo led the prayer. All faculty and students participated in the event. Directors of all departments of the seminary respectively reported their work focuses for the upcoming semester.

On February 13, Guangdong Union Theological Seminary had its opening ceremony of the 2022-2023 school year’s secondary semester. Rev. Pei Lianshan exhorted all to equip themselves and become good soldiers of Christ.

On the morning of February 14, Hunan Bible School held an opening ceremony for the 2023 spring semester. This spring the school opened an one-year in-service training course for clergy. Sixty-three students were admitted in two classes.
