On the morning of August 28, Shandong CC&TSPM held an ordination ceremony at the Shuangjie Church in Liaocheng City. Rev. Feng Yanhua, Deputy Director of Liaocheng TSPM, officiated the ceremony. Scriptures were read respectively by Elder Wang Shangjun, Elder Song Yuzhen, and Rev. Si Xueren. Rev. Wang Zenghui, Deputy Director of Shandong TSPM, preached a sermon.

The ordination was officiated by Rev. Wang Mengkun, Vice President of Shandong CC. Rev. Li Quanxin, Director of Liaocheng TSPM, introduced the ordinands to the audience. Those who were ordained as pastors included Liang Lizhi (female), Liu Weiwei (female), Yuan Jibo, Li Guoqiang, Liu Nannan (female), Yang Guowei, Ding Chunying (female), Si Junxin (female), and Qin Zhendong. The newly-ordained elders included Li Youxia, Tao Yuhua (female), Wang Liumin (female), Bu Junying (female), Jia Shuhua (female), Wang Yingchun (female), Li Zhengxia (female), Wang Liying (female), and Wang Yuping (female).

Nearly 150 representatives of pastoral staff and believers from the counties, districts, and sub- cities of Liaocheng came to witness this moment. The ceremony concluded with a benediction by the new pastor Rev. Li Guoqiang.

On the afternoon of September 3, Shaanxi CC&TSPM conducted an ordination ceremony at the chapel of Shaanxi Bible School. It was attended by staff members of Shaanxi CC&TSPM, as well as the students and faculty members of the Bible school.

Rev. Yang Liantao, General Secretary of Shaanxi CC, presided over the worship service. Rev. Li Shizheng, Vice Chairperson, Vice President, and Secretary General of Shaanxi CC&TSPM, led the intercessory prayer. Rev. Jia Haiguang, Associate General Secretary of Shaanxi CC and Vice President of the Bible School, delivered a speech. The choir performed the hymn “I Am Willing to Dedicate My Whole Life”. Rev. Wang Hong preached a sermon titled “Learn to Become a Good Shepherd”.

Rev. Wang Jun, Chairperson and President of Shaanxi CC&TSPM, officiated the ordination ceremony and conducted the ordination vows, prayer, and proclamation. Rev. Li Shizheng introduced the ordinands. Rev. Yang Liantao announced the approval. The ordination council performed the laying on of hands for the candidates. Chai Dan (female) and Zhai Chao (female) were ordained as pastors. Rev. Wang Jun vested them with stoles. On behalf of Shaanxi CC&TSPM, Rev. Yang Liantao and Rev. Li Shizheng presented the two pastors with certificates and commemorative gifts. Rev. Chen Dingliang extended words of welcome, acceptance, and encouragement.

On the morning of September 6, Zhejiang CC&TSPM held an ordination ceremony at the Miaogao Church in Suichang County, Lishui City. Rev. Zhang Yaofa, President of Zhejiang CC, served as the officiator of the ceremony. Fellow worker Ying Genmei (female) was ordained as a pastor.

During the ceremony, the Sacred Music Choir from the Miaogao Church performed the hymn “Learn to Become a Good Shepherd”. Rev. Ye Yuejuan led a prayer and read the Scriptures. Rev. Chen Xiaolang preached a sermon titled “Become an Unashamed Worker”. Rev. Chen Zhimin introduced the ordinand and conducted the vows of ordination, prayer, laying on of hands, and the bestowing of the stole. Rev. Zhang Yaofa exhorted the newly-ordained to remain steadfast in faith, love the country and the church, serve the people, preach the gospel, and shepherd the flock. Finally, the new pastor Rev. Ying Genmen offered a benediction. Believers from churches in Suichang County gathered to witness this sacred liturgy.
