From March 7^th to 8^th, 2019, Rev. Zhang Pengfei, Rev. Ding Wanpeng and other staff members of the Rural Ministry Department of Jilin CC&TSPM held a revival meeting for rural grass-root churches in Baiquan Church, Dongliao County, aiming to improve the preaching quality of grass-root preachers and better serve the spiritual needs of believers in rural areas.

Over 100 people attended the revival meeting held in Baiquan Church in Dongliao County, including Elder Li Yuliang, President of Dongliao CC&TSPM, other church staff and volunteer preachers.
