On April 1, 2026, Rev. Lin Manhong, Vice President and General Secretary of CCC, received Professor Kenneth R. Ross, a renown theologian from the Church of Scotland, at the headquarters of CCC&TSPM.

Rev. Lin Manhong welcomed Professor Ross and introduced the Chinanization of Christianity, the management of church affairs in accordance with laws and regulations, as well as initiatives related to talent development, international exchanges, etc. She highlighted the adherence to the one-China principle.

Professor Ross reviewed the history of exchanges between the Church in China and the Church of Scotland, expressing respect for the principles of independence and self-governance upheld by the Church in China. He also showed interest in the Chinanization of Christianity.

The two sides also exchanged views on current international issues.
