From March 29 to April 5, 2026, churches across Guangdong organized a series of peaceful, joyful, and orderly activities to mark Holy Week and Easter. The events guided believers to deepen their spiritual lives through reflection and celebration, while strengthening fellowship among them.

During Holy Week, churches throughout the province held a variety of activities, including liturgical services, themed concerts, screenings of Christian films, and group meditation. Through sermons and collective activities, churches encouraged congregants to reflect on the values of dedication, care, and service.

On April 5, Easter Sunday, churches were decorated in bright and uplifting styles, creating a festive atmosphere. A range of activities were held, including morning prayers, Sunday worship services, hymn singing events, and church carnivals.

Through these activities, church highlighted the spiritual meaning of Christ’s suffering and resurrection, encouraging believers to celebrate new life in Christ, live with a positive outlook, be the salt and light of the world, care for others, and serve society.

Around the festive season, many churches also organized visits, health seminars, and consultation services, offering warmth and care to those in need. These reflected a spirit of mutual help and love, thereby contributing to community harmony.
