In order to promote the professional development of the church-run elder homes, we carry out an exchange program in the elderly homes of Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Taizhou, Ningbo and Shaoxing from March 9 to April 7, 2017. Mrs. Anita Bergen and Mr. Cameron A. Nicolle, Canadian experts from the North American Mennonite Health Services Alliance, were invited to this program. According to the training plan, the experts will provide field guidance in standardization management and skills including psychological care, daily care skills, care for dementia and some other aspects.

Recently, the instruction in Christian elderly home in Hangzhou had been successfully finished. They shared dementia care, security issues, staff recruitment and management, logistics management, etc. The local staff say these contents are "very systemic", “the care works are detailed and strict", and they will do their best to provide a better life for old people ".
