Shanghai Community Church is a Gothic building constructed in 1925. In the very beginning, it was the biggest Christian church in Shanghai at that time. Covering over 7300 square meters, the church can accommodate over 700 people.  

In addition to the Sunday service, the church also holds various religious activities including choir performing, praying and readings. The church keeps its tradition of musical worship on the third Sunday of each month, festivals and holidays alike. 

As a world-famous church, Shanghai Community Church has attracted many foreigners across the world. Since 1996, there is an English service for foreigners on Sunday afternoon. Now over 700 believers from 40 countries attend the worship.
