On January 16, 2024, led by General Secretary Mr. Helge Gaard, a four-person delegation from the Norwegian Mission Society (NMS), visited CCC&TSPM. Rev. Shan Weixiang, residential Vice Chairperson of National TSPM, warmly received the delegates and hosted the meeting. Participants also included Rev. Hao Zhiqiang, who serves as the Associate Secretary General of National TSPM, General Secretary of National Council of YMCAs of China, and Editor-in-Chief of Tianfeng.

On the morning of December 27, 2023, Rev. Xu Xiaohong, Chairperson of National TSPM, and Rev. Wu Wei, President of CCC, received a fifty-three-person delegation from the Hong Kong Council of the Church of Christ in China (HKCCCC) at the CCC&TSPM’s headquarters. The two sides had a pleasant chat. This has been the first reception of the new leadership of CCC&TSPM since the 11th National Christian Conference in China took place a week before.

On the morning of December 7, 2023, Rev. Wu Wei, President of CCC, and Rev. Shen Xuebin, Residential Vice President of CCC, received evangelist Andrew Palau, and other guests from the Luis Palau Association. The two sides reviewed years-long friendship and exchanged their main ministries. Rev. Shen Xuebin moderated the meeting.

On November 22, 2023, Rev. Shan Weixiang, Vice President and General Secretary of CCC, warmly received a twelve-person delegation fr​om the United Bible Societies (UBS) led by Dr. Bernard Low, Director of the UBS China Partnership, and had a meeting with them.

At the invitation of the Foundation for Theological Education in Asia and the Pacific (FTEAP), Rev. Chen Yilu, Vice President of CCC, Director of CCC&TSPM’s Theological Education Commission, and Executive Vice President of Nanjing Union Theological Seminary (NJUTS), and Mr. Zhou Xuebin, a full-time teacher of NJUTS participated in the 2023 FTEAP Board Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia, US, from October 31 to November 6, 2023.

On the afternoon of November 10, 2023, Rev. Shen Xuebin, Residential Vice President of CCC, had a virtual meeting with Bishop David Urquhart, the Archbishop of Canterbury’s Link with China. Both sides shared church ministries in two countries, and mentioned the upcoming visit of the Church of England to China.

On November 8, 2023, Rev. Shen Xuebin, Residential Vice President of CCC, received a delegation from the Salvation Army Hong Kong and Macau Command. The two sides had a discussion on common concerns, such as social service ministry and how to cope with the challenges from an aging society, etc.

On November 4, 2023, Rev. Wu Wei, President of CCC, received Dr. William Yoder from the Russian Evangelical Alliance (REA) at CCC&TSPM’s headquarters. They had an exchange over the friendly interactions between the churches in China and Russia.

On the morning of October 30, 2023, Rev. Shen Xuebin, Residential Vice President of CCC, received a delegation from the New York Theological Education Center (NYTEC) at the CCC&TSPM’s headquarters. Discussions were made on theological education, church development in the post-denominational era, the Chinanization of Chrisitianity, etc. Ms. Gu Jingqin, the interim chief of Overseas Relations Department, and other colleagues participated in this reception.

From October 12 to 18, 2023, at the invitation of the United Bible Societies and the Bible Society for the Netherlands and Flanders, Rev. Wu Wei, President of CCC, and a staff of CCC&TSPM attended the United Bible Societies (UBS) World Assembly 2023 in Egmond Aan Zee, the Netherlands.
