On the evening of April 17, 2025, Fujian Theological Seminary held a communion service for the 2025 Fellowship Day of Holy Week, which was attended by all students and faculty members. The event was officiated by Preacher Song Ziting, the seminary’s associate dean of academic affairs. Rev. Du Qiying, dean of academic affairs, delivered a sermon.

During the service, Rev. Du Qiying quoted Matthew 26:26-30 to share a message titled “Relive the Lord’s Feast of Love”. Rev. Du encouraged the congregation to relive the feast of love and turn “the cup, the bread, and the covenant” into a cycle of love, allowing Christ’ love to flow through our lives.

Following the sermon, Rev. Du consecrated the holy bread and cup for communion. With hearts full of reverence and gratitude, the audience went in turn to kneel and receive the bread and cup, silently reflecting on the Lord’s grace and praising His love.
