On March 18, 2023, Baizhu Gathering Point in Gaoyao District of Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new church building.

Preacher Zhao Liping from Baizhu Gathering Point, together with Rev. Cheng Jinqiang, Secretary of Zhaoqing CC&TSPM officiated the ceremony. Rev. Fan Hong’en, Chairperson of Guangdong TSPM, and Rev. Liu Tianci, Chairperson of Zhaoqing TSPM respectively gave a congratulatory remark for the groundbreaking of a new church. The Union Choir of Gaoyao District and a choir from Duanzhou Church performed hymns separately. Rev. Chen Liying, Chairperson of Yunfu TSPM from an adjacent city offered benediction for this event. 

More than 180 local believers, clergy and fellow workers from churches and church-affiliated fellowships in Chancheng District of Foshan City, Longshan District of Shunde City, Guangming District of Shenzhen City, Shuikou District of Kaiping City, as well as districts of Yunfu City and Zhaoqing City participated in this groundbreaking ceremony.

May the Lord bless and consecrate the land, and make the construction of the new church go safely and smoothly.
