The fifth trainings for bilingual preachers in ethnic minority areas had its closing ceremony on August 30, 2019.

On the morning of August 20, 2019, the fifth centralized trainings for bilingual preachers from ethnic minority areas kicked off in Shanghai. Over 120 clergies and staff members who are both efficient in ethnic minority languages and Mandarin from 14 ethnic minorities in Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi attended the trainings.

From August 15 to 16, 2019, CCC&TSPM held the Northeastern Preaching Exchange on the Reconstruction of Theological Thinking themed “Cherish God’s Creation and Build A Good Life Together” in Shenyang, Liaoning Province.

From July 23 to 26, 2019, the ethics trainings for theological seminaries were held in Hohhot, the capital of Inner Mongolia. Around 60 teachers from 22 theological seminaries nationwide attended the trainings. Rev. Wu Wei, president of China Christian Council (CCC) participated in the trainings and delivered a speech.

On July 21, 2019, a team consisting of Rev. Xu Xiaohong, chairman of National TSPM, Rev. Wu Wei, president of China Christian Council (CCC) and Rev. Lin Manhong, associate general secretary of CCC visited Inner Mongolia CC&TSPM to conduct a survey.

On June 17, 2019, Rev. Xu Xiaohong, chairman of National TSPM received faculty members of Shaanxi Bible School at CCC&TSPM headquarters.

On the morning of June 3, 2019, a farewell ceremony and a memorial service for Elder Ji Jianhong, member of the tenth Standing committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and chairman of the Seventh National Committee of Three-self Patriotic Movement of the Protestant Churches in China, were held in Fraternity Hall of Jiangsu Nanjing Funeral Home.

On the morning of April 19, 2019, the first plenary meeting of the Commission on Church Governance Ministry of CCC&TSPM was held in Chongqing.
