From 11th to 18th February 2019, Inner Mongolia autonomous region Baotou Christian Council & committee of Three-Self Patriotic Movement (CC&TSPM) organized an urban-rural church sermon exchange. Church staff reached villages that were suffering from a scarcity of preachers. It was to learn about the spiritual needs of local believers and to help the church enjoy a healthy development.

From 22nd to 25th January 2019, Qilu Theological Research Center of Shandong Christian Council and Committee of Three-self Patriotic Movement (CC&TSPM) held the 2rd Pastoral Care and Bible Study Class. John Chew Hiang Chea, Emeritus Archbishop of Anglican Diocese of Singapore was invited to give a lecture. Prof. Zhao Jie from Shandong University and Prof. Chen Dongfeng from Beijing Jiaotong University were also invited to come for mentoring and discussion. Over a hundred people including leaders

On 19th January 2019, Henan gathering point held a lovefeast in Shaheyan County, Dunhua City, Jilin Province. It gathered 30 deacons, 20 staff members and their family members, who together created a joyful ambiance.

On 22nd January 2019, Chinese Service Group of Shenhua Church held a meeting to review the work in 2018 and discuss the ministries to be carried out in the new year. All 170 church staff and members attended the meeting.

On 22nd January 2019, on the occasion of the Chinese New Year, leaders and staff of Anzhen Church in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province went to visit local poverty-stricken families, lonely elderly people and seriously ill patients, etc. They also held family communion service for church members who cannot go to the church for a long time due to health reasons, which was the first service of this kind for Anzhen Church.

On 14th January 2019, Rev. Wang Jun, President and Chairman of Shaanxi CC&TSPM led a group of 7 church staff and went to Xianyang, Xi’an and other places to visit local elderly pastors.

From 7th to 8th January 2019, Jilin Helong Christian Council & Committee of the Three-self Patriotic Movement of Protestant Church in China (CC&TSPM) held joint service in Paradise Church for all Korean ethnic churches and church-affiliated fellowships in Helong City.

On 29th December 2018, Zhushu Church in Xiamen, Fujian province held the third marriage thanksgiving service for the couples in the church to celebrate their gold, diamond or platinum wedding.

On the morning of 25th December, 2018, Shenhua Church on Xinxing Street, Yanji City, Jilin Province held the “Love Rice” ceremony to deliver donated rice to the needy. “Love Rice” is a charity program launched by Shenhua Church in 2011. That year, Yanji Church celebrate its 100th anniversary in September. During the preparation of the celebration, Senior Pastor Rev. Liu Doufeng proposed that Shenhua Church should encourage church members to donate rice for the needy one month before Christmas an
